We recommend adding to your experience from a wide selection of adventure activities that include “The Flight of Angels” helicopter flight, bungee jumping and even white water rafting (at an additional cost). During the November to January period, we would also recommend a Tour of the Falls on the Zimbabwean side (at an  additional cost) due to low water levels.

WEIGHT & LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS
There are strict weight restrictions in place on any itinerary which includes light aircraft transfers for the following reasons:
•  The aircraft are designed with a maximum body-weight and luggage weight allowance.
•  Most of our airfields are over 1000 metres above sea level and are located in the tropics, and therefore the permissible aircraft carrying capacity is reduced.
• The aircraft have physical space restrictions.
• Luggage on light aircraft transfers in Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe is restricted to 20kg (44lbs) per person - in a soft bag/s - no wheels, frames or rigid structures can be transported as they physically cannot fit into the aircraft - and includes camera equipment and carry-on luggage.
• The maximum dimensions of the soft bags which can be accommodated are as follows: 25cm (10 inches) wide x 30cm (12 inches) high and 62cm (24 inches) long. Should your guest require a bag, we do have a supply of soft nylon carry-all bags at a reasonable cost. These bags are ideal for use on light aircraft and are the correct dimensions. Please keep in mind that the baggage compartments on the light aircraft are only 25cm high (10 inches), so the pilots must have the ability to manipulate the bag into the compartment.
• A collapsible wheeled luggage frame/trolley (separate to the bag) is allowed, as long as basic dimensions are similar to that of the bag.
• Please inform us in advance if guests weigh more than 100kg (220lbs), as additional weight allowance [to the value of an additional seat on the aircraft which is calculated at 70kg (154lbs)], must be purchased for safety and comfort
• Please advise us before you travel if you are likely to have excess luggage, and we will make the necessary arrangements, which may be at additional cost.
• These limits are applicable to guests travelling on a seat rate basis so may differ if guests have booked on a sole use or private charter option in which case the maximum’s depend on the type of aircraft and the number of passengers booked.
• The luggage weight restriction in Zambia is 15kg (33lbs) in soft sided bags.
• The luggage weight restriction in Kenya and Uganda is 20 kg (44lbs) in soft-sided bags.

PLEASE NOTE
• All relevant booking conditions of African Bundu Safaris and/or any other booked services will apply to your travel arrangements.
• Prior to confirming the booking, each guest must take out comprehensive travel, medical, cancellation, curtailment and default insurance for the duration of their trip.
• Due to the remote areas in which we operate, it is vital that all guests are covered for emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held responsible for any guest travelling without insurance
• The relevant cancellation policy applies should the guest fail to join or start their safari/journey for any reason, including airline delays or missed connections. Please ensure adequate travel insurance is in place for this eventuality.
• A number of the above mentioned camps/lodges are situated in malaria areas. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist, and establish what precautions will be required.
• Yellow Fever vaccinations are required for Kenya and Uganda.
• All visitors to southern Africa require a valid passport together with onward travel documents and sufficient funds for the duration of your stay. Please ensure you have sufficient blank VISA pages (not endorsement pages) in your passport, with at least two consecutive/side by side blank pages. Our recommendation is 3 pages (or even 4 if you are travelling through more than one country on your journey). If there is insufficient space in the passport then entry into a country could be denied.
• All visa requirements must be fulfilled and these are your responsibility. If you have any queries about obtaining visas, please contact us.
• Due to the logistics of travelling on a safari to remote areas, we strongly recommend that you read all the literature that will be forwarded to you.
• Errors and Omissions Excepted 01 August 2011.
